Description: Facility is seeking General Orthopedic Surgeon - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. - Full-time employment (1.0 FTE) - Inpatient and outpatient setting - Flexible clinic schedule with hospital rounding - 2.5 days in the OR and 2.5 days in clinic - Call rotation: 1 in 4 weekdays and 1 in 4 weekends (hospital and clinic call) - PA support included on call and as first assist in the OR - Single-specialty group practice - Team Structure: 3 physicians, 7 PAs - Dedicated support staff including MAs, RNs, LPNs, schedulers, radiologic technologists, managers, and a workers’ compensation coordinator - Clinical Volume: Daily outpatient load: 18–22 patients - X-ray and ultrasound available on site - Equipment includes Synthes trauma, Stryker total joints (with some DePuy), MAKO robotics, and Arthrex scope implants - Technology: Epic EMR, Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and support accurate coding - Both experienced surgeons and new graduates are encouraged to apply - New graduates will benefit from a supportive environment with mentorship and professional growth from the start - Ideal candidate is team-oriented, flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented - Strong communication skills with staff, providers, and patients required - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, accountable, and relaxed clinic atmosphere - Supportive team structure with PA and staff assistance - Mentorship and growth opportunities for new graduates - Strong work-life balance support through staffing and technology resources - Base Salary + wRVU production incentive - CME allowance - Recruitment Loan - Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans - Relocation allowance - Paid malpractice coverage - Health benefits + Retirement plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance - Year 3 and beyond Earning Potential: $800+ total compensation. - ABPMR board-certified or eligible - J VISA OK
