Description: Group seeking Nephrologist - Call 1:3, avg. cenus of 8-16 patients - Team:1 Nephrologist (departing), 1 NP and support staff - Practice all aspects of nephrology including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and CRRT and work closely with hospitalists, intensivists, interventional radiologists, and other specialists to manage complex cases - Teach and mentor internal medicine residents and medical students - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership - Within 3-minute walk of the inpatient hospital -EPIC EMR - Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus, 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME) , Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - Paid malpractice + tail
