Description: Medical Center is seeking BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon Medical Director to join its well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery practice - Full time position, with rotating weekends - Experience in building and leading a CT surgery program - Proficient in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery - Experience with multi-arterial CABG, minimally invasive coronary surgery, MIDCAB procedures, and/or interest in robotic-assisted coronary and Totally Endoscopic Coronary Artery Bypass (TECAB) techniques is highly desirable but not required - Comprehensive Cardiovascular program performing the full range of adult open-heart and structural heart procedures (excluding ventricular assist devices and transplants) - Supported by dedicated cardiac anesthesia, perfusion, imaging, and advanced practice teams - State-of-the-art robotics platform available - Dedicated cardiovascular ORs and CVICU - Full spectrum of advanced therapies: ECMO, TAVR, TMVR, and Open Heart Surgery - Strong partnership with cardiology teams actively engaged in clinical research and trials - Join a collegial team of two experienced Cardiovascular Surgeons within a comprehensive program - Paid malpractice - Coverage for medical, behavioral health, prescription drugs, dental and vision - Life insurance - 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions - Time off, including disability coverage - Supplemental health protection plans - Flexible spending accounts - Financial wellbeing resources - Family-focused and voluntary benefits - CME time and dues allowance and license reimbursement - No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction - Required: GA license, DEA
