Description: Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our growing outpatient primary care team --Outpatient-only | Monday–Thursday 8–5 | Friday 8–12 --36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly --Call shared 1:7–1:8, after-hours triaged by nurse line --Dedicated nurse and full support team --EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI for charting --20–25+ patients per day --Comprehensive primary care for all ages --Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits --In-office procedures: skin biopsies, joint injections, minor dermatology, women’s health, etc. --$5k+ sign-on bonus --Competitive salary (typically MGMA median), DOE (115-130k+/-) --Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. --PSLF loan repayment eligibility --5 CME days + $2K annual allowance --24 PTO days --Malpractice Insurance + Tail Coverage --SC AHEC Rural Incentive Grant up to $,7500/year (for qualifying sites)
