Description: Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist for a full-time, employed position - Monday-Friday, on-site only - Participation in call rotation - Adult inpatient caseload of 16 patients per day - Duties include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, and treatment team participation - Full continuum of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults; specialized inpatient program for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities - Compensation aligned with MGMA; base salary with production bonus opportunity; signing bonus negotiable - Medical education loan repayment assistance (no PSLF) and relocation allowance if moving - CME with annual financial allowance; paid malpractice insurance; PTO; full medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) with match
