Description: Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Breast Surgeon to join an established hospital-based practice alongside one other Breast Surgeon - Fellowship training in Breast Surgery required; oncoplastic training a significant plus - State-of-the-art, boutique women's destination center offering breast surgery, plastic surgery, GYN, and OB services - Facility has Intraoperative Radiation Therapy — allows for simultaneous cancer removal and radiation treatment, reducing or eliminating additional radiation sessions - Available technology: KUBTEC, digital mammography, ABUS, and stereotactic biopsies - High-volume, thriving practice in the 99th percentile for patient and surgical load; currently supported by 1 surgeon and 2 APPs - Excellent work ethic expected with work-life balance supported - Compensation determined by experience - $75,000 commencement bonus - $50,000 medical education debt assistance - Relocation assistance - CME allowance
