Description: Medical Center is recruiting a Hospitalist to join an existing hospitalist program. The program provides care to general medical patients in this 25-bed critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will be a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician. The schedule is Monday through Thursday (24/7 availability during that time). Two local Internal Medicine and 1 Pediatrician pick up weekends and other dates as needed. There is an average of 12-15 patient encounters per shift. The offer is a base salary with a competitive benefits package. There is also an opportunity to earn incentive compensation based on patient satisfaction, quality, RVU’s, and medical staff committee involvement.
