Description: Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Neurohospitalist to join a growing inpatient neurology team - 7 on/7 off schedule shared between two Neurology Hospitalists - Daily inpatient rounding and comprehensive neurology consultation services - After completing daily onsite responsibilities, remote pager call from home for ongoing consultations and urgent issues - Evaluate and manage acute and complex neurological conditions; coordinate care transitions and discharge planning - Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, nursing teams, and other specialists - Opportunity to participate in the continued growth and development of the inpatient neurology program - Access to subspecialty expertise of a large integrated health system - Prior experience in inpatient or hospital-based neurology preferred - Stroke care and acute neurological emergency experience preferred - Fellowship training or specialized expertise in an area of inpatient neurology welcomed - Salary range $383,394–$427,897 based on experience; additional compensation opportunities - Generous vacation and CME benefits - Professional society dues, credentialing expenses, and hospital dues covered - Interview and relocation expenses paid - Flexible insurance package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life - Retirement plan with match and contribution - Malpractice with tail coverage - Generous provider referral bonus - Active Illinois medical license and DEA required
