Cover Three Hospitals Hospital 1: -Covers almost everything but transplant and trauma. -6,500 Deliveries per year. -25 OR’s Hospital 2: -Adult only, no OB, no transplant, trauma, or cardiac. - 7 OR's Hospital 3: -No trauma, no cardiothoracic, no transplant, no ophthalmology. 600 Deliveries per year. - 6 OR's - Healthy Peds Only Two Year Partnership Track: (Cases are 80-90% self-directed solo, minimal CRNA supervision) - $550,000 Base Years 1 & 2, $50,000 Sign on Bonus Paid in Full at Signing - Year Two $475,000 Base + up to 90% of Profit-Sharing Eligibility ($630,000+) - Year 3 full partner, No buy in. On average Partners are earning $700,000 - $750,000 per year - Uncapped potential with some earning 7 figure incomes - Average work week is 50-55 hours - Hospital Based with ASC integration at 6 months - No Airway Coverage Required - 90% of cases are self-directed - Call: Q5 weekends, Q10 Weekday, and 5 Late shifts per month - ASC Directorship & Service Liaison Positions Available – Extra Income - 7 weeks & 1-week personal time - 8 Weeks+ Once Partnered - 401k + T.
