Description: Seeking a BC/BE Pain Management Physician to join growing interventional pain medicine team. --Full time, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM --This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while practicing within a high-quality academic health system affiliated with the University. --Our specialists work closely with our primary care network to institute a sustainable approach to pain management. --The physician will work in a multispecialty clinical office. --Provide outpatient office visits and performing procedures at the surgery center, with required travel to nearby regional clinics. --Multidisciplinary environment offering a full spectrum of pain treatments, including: caudal nerve blocks, epidurals (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar), facet joint injections, genicular nerve block and ablation, intercostal nerve blocks, medial branch blocks, multimodal pain medicine management, occipital nerve blocks, platelet rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, regenerative injection therapy, shoulder, knee, and hip shots, sympathetic blocks, trigeminal nerve blocks and trigger point injections. --$25,000 Sign On Bonus --Competitive Base Salary with the opportunity to earn additional productivity --CME Funds --Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME Days --Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance --Employer-paid Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage --Group Life Insurance --Paid Parental Leave --Tuition Assistance available for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents --Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance --403(b) Retirement Plan with 50% employer match, plus an employer-paid pension plan. --Relocation Assistance for customary and reasonable moving expenses --PSLF Eligible --Required: Pain Medicine Fellowship, PA license, DEA H Visa OK
