Description: Facility is seeking Gastroenterologist to join team - Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p (outpatient); 50% office/50% OR - Setting: Hospital employed; recently renovated practice - Practice Staffing Model: Increased census; currently 1 full time physician and 2 part time physicians, would like to add an additional full time physician; 1 full time APC and 2 part-time APC's - 7-days of ED call per month are required in base contract (includes 5 week days and 2 weekend days – weekend schedule is 5p on Friday until 7a on Monday) - Physicians see approximately 20 ppd in practice and approximately 15-scopes per day in OR (plus available for inpatient consults as needed) - Types of Procedures/Cases: Bread and butter GI (screenings, GI bleeds, recall on polyps, etc.); ERCP is a plus; no capabilities for EUS but open to discussion - EMR: Meditech - Highly competitive salary ($725k - $775k, possibly more with ERCP capabilities plus wRVU) - Sign-on bonus ($100k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable) - Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays) - Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability - Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500) - Malpractice paid for - H VISA OK J VISA OK
