Description: Facility is seeking BC/BE Nephrologist to join group practice - Our stable, supportive 4-physician group is seeking a new partner-track nephrologist to support continued growth - Immediate patient base with good referral sources. - Full autonomy, predictable schedule & minimal driving - 7 DaVita dialysis centers, 2 hospital affiliations - ~450 ESRD patients + large CKD base - Call every 6th weekend - APPs assist with clinics and inpatient rounding - Friendly work environment with strong APP support - Partnership track in 2 years with excellent earning potential - Generous salary/benefits (4 weeks PTO, 401k match, CME, malpractice, relocation assistance) - FL license required - H VISA OK
