Description: Academic community hospital is seeking a BC Internal Medicine physician to join our new residency (2025) as core faculty with the primary responsibility to supervise residents in our Internal Medicine residency clinic.

- Teach and precept internal medicine residents in their continuity clinic, creating an effective learning environment with open communication.
- Work with the PD and APDs on developing curriculum, mentoring, didactic presentations, in addition to participation in scholarly activities and promotion of resident wellness.
- Participate on IM residency program committees (program evaluation and/or clinical competency committees)
- Participate in and guide residents on ambulatory quality improvement projects
- Teach ambulatory based procedures (joint injection, I&D, WWE, biopsy)
- Assist with the residency applicant recruitment process including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
