Description: Seeking an Academic OB/GYN for a Generalist Faculty Position --Join our amazing team of 3 OB/GYN physicians, 1 OB Family Medicine physician, 4 Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioner. --Provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages. --Closely collaborate with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioner --OB/GYN call pool is 1:4. Call is primarily back up to certified nurse midwives who takes first call. --3 days a week with mix of seeing patients in outpatient practice and OR time. --Outreach outpatient GYN clinic, approximately once per month. --Behavioral health imbedded in outpatient practice. --Employed position with a full benefit package. --Required: Board Certified or Board Eligibel in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Community/Facility info: 25-bed, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with a state of the art surgical suite located in Vermont. Founded in 1925 and offers comprehensive medical care and 24-hour emergency services to residents of a broad service area including students and staff of local college and visitors to the area. Our network of physician practices is comprised of primary care to specialized health services. These practices are located throughout Addison County. Several of the offices are 20-30 minutes from the hospital and offer their patients comprehensive services on site, such as lab and radiology services.
