Description: Group of 8 physicians is seeking a Gastroenterologist that wants to build a long-term career in the area and is offering partnership at the end of the second year The group has 6 mid-level providers in addition to their physician staff and owns their own 27-exam room office building, in addition to an Ambulatory Surgical Center Call structure: 1:9 rotation (one week at a time + one night per week) Advanced procedures preferred: ERCP and EUS Open to experienced physicians and fellows Strong referral base and growing patient demand Shared inpatient call coverage with the hospital for half the year FMGs welcome; visa sponsorship not available Competitive compensation package Collaborative, physician-led environment Access to advanced technology and surgical facilities Supportive team culture with minimal administrative burden
