Description: Seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our large anesthesia group in a newly developed position with no call or weekend requirements. - Full time = 200 shifts/year, no nights, no call - 100% coverage on all cases – independent practice - Outpatient case mix: orthopedics, podiatry, gastroenterology, plastics, ENT, pulmonary, ophthalmology, electrophysiology and more, with additional opportunity to work 24-hour OB shifts if desired - Must be comfortable with blocks and healthy pediatrics – non-negotiable - Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system - Regional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more! - Patient focused, quality community and regional medical care - Balanced work/life with no call or weekend obligations in addition to a mix of 4 and 5 day work weeks - $370k + shift based model – obligated to 200 shifts for full time - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 5-7% retirement match - Provider wellness programs focused on personal and professional development - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues

Community/Facility info: This health system has two campuses with 344 licensed acute care beds, a 124 bed nursing home and 12 bed residential Hospice.
