Description: Facility is seeking General Surgeon to join busy multi-specialty clinic - Ideal candidate will be comfortable with a broad range of bread and butter general surgery. - Solo opportunity includes 10 days' call per month with only one weekend per month with call pay for any days taken above 10. - Total comp is in the MGMA-median range or better (based on experience) with the opportunity to bonus quarterly. - Other surgical specialties at PRH include spine, ENT and orthopedics - Base salary + wRVU production incentive - $5K CME allowance + 5 days' CME annually - $40K Sign-On - Student loan assistance - $12K Relocation allowance - Health benefits + Retirement plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance

Community/Facility info: Regional Hospital is a 58-bed acute care hospital with full Joint Commission accreditation. Regional offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour physician-staffed Emergency Room, expanded ICU/CCU and round-the-clock laboratory services. In addition, offers a host of radiology services including in-house MRI and 16-slice CT, 3D/4D ultrasound, digital mammography, nuclear medicine and echocardiography. The surgery department offers inpatient, outpatient and same-day surgery, utilizing three surgery suites, a 6-bed recovery area and cystoscopy/endoscopy suite. Rehabilitation services include inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, speech and cardiopulmonary therapies, as well as a wellness program. Medical staff specialties include asthma/allergy, cardiology, family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, otolaryngology and podiatry.
