Description: Seeking Advanced Practice Provider to join Occupational Health Clinic --Prepares and records patient’s history, performs physical examinations and formulates treatment plans for patients. --Participates in management of patient’s care, both in- and out-patient, by facilitating, expediting and coordination of routine diagnostic procedures, writing orders for appropriate medical care and determining need for consultation. --Takes call with physician. --Assists surgeon in the operating room. --Assists the entire team with additional duties throughout the office as necessary. --Triages patient calls and calls patients back in conjunction with physician. --Contacts all patients postoperatively as required for follow-up. --Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
