Description: Group seeking BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon Medical Director --Lead our Integrated Cardiovascular Service Line and further strengthen our growing Quaternary care program. --The ideal candidate would be an established physician with experience and interest in adult cardiac, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive robotic techniques. Previous program leadership is a plus. --The scope of practice currently includes all aspects of Adult Cardiac Surgery, On and Off-Pump CABG, Mitral Repair, an active TAVR program, arrhythmia surgery, as well as endovascular and open aortic surgery including dissection repair. --A broad spectrum of thoracic surgical procedures are performed, including minimally invasive lung resections, transhiatal esophagectomy, and complex anti-reflux procedures. --Practice, ER and Hospital Call: 1:4 --5 APRNs/PAs on the team for support --3 Current Surgeons --Base + wRVUs- No Cap --Current Cardiology composition includes - Five Interventional Cardiologists - Eight Non-invasive/imaging Cardiologists - Three Electrophysiologists - Four Cardiothoracic surgeons - Eleven Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians - Two Vascular Surgeons
