Description: - Medical Center is seeking a BC Occupational Medicine Physician - Facility provides a diverse range of clinical services including diagnostic programs, early detection, treatment, workers comp and disability management, referral, social work and wellness in the workplace - The primary goal is to prevent workplace illness and injury - The work involves providing clinical services and preventative education and outreach in the daily operation, as well as employee health services for employees - As the staff physician, the incumbent participates in hands-on clinical care, assisting in training for nurses and non-clinical team members, and delivering optimum care to patients - Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, Director of Systems Health and Safety, and Vice-President of Ambulatory Care & Population Health, in addition to receiving guidance from a community based advisory board - Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Occupational Medicine (preferred) - Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, RVU productivity option, Pay-for-performance opportunity, Sign on bonus and relocation assistance available, Paid PTO and holidays, CME & licensing allowance, Occupational Medicine board certification allowance option, Health and retirement benefits, Employer paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance - Salary Range: $200,000 - $270,000 H VISA OK
