Description: Facility seeking Urgent Care provider to join team - Consists of both Urgent Care and Family Practice and will be open 7 days/wk, 8am-8pm - Office Hours: 8:00a-8:00p - (6 or 7) 12 hour shifts per two week pay period; Rotating weekends - Lab, x-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation as the UC services - Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointments - Staffing: 1 nurse per provider, 2 providers per day - Case Load: 30 patients per day - Equipment: IV pumps, slit lamp, basic instruments, AED, EKG Benefits include: - Vacation: 232 hours PTO. Number of Operating Suites: 2 Open Heart; 1 Hybrid (for peripheral vascular and open cardiac cases); 5 General Surgery Rooms; 4 Orthopedic Rooms; 5 Endo Suites with 1 ERCP Room; and 1 Cysto Suite located in the Endoscopy area (19 total rooms). Recent New Construction: $100 million in new construction, expansion and refurbishment: Patient care addition; nursing units and 100 private beds – opened July 2009 Open heart/cardiac unit – open Dec. 2008 New clinical laboratory New medical library New front entrance New Surgery and Emergency Department New lounge and physician area Additional parking for physicians Maternity Department: 11 Private LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post), 1,600 deliveries per year, 5 room triage area, 3 rooms for surgery patients, surgical room, holding nursery, and a 6 bed special care nursery. Critical Care Department: 16 ICU rooms (15 private), Circular floor set-up, Break away doors, sleeping rooms for on-call staff and medical students, and large waiting room with restrooms and vending machines. Emergency Department: 23 beds (21 private) and 4 chairs, special pediatric room, drive-up lane, using computerized radiography (filmless), 2 x-ray rooms and a STAT lab – expanding to 47 beds. - Osteopathic Emergency Medicine Residency Program began July 2008
