Description: Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, hospital-employed team - Full-time, 50/50 OB/GYN practice mix — 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week - Clinic conveniently attached to the hospital for seamless patient care - Supportive team of 2 OB/GYNs, 3 CNMs, and 2 NPs with mentorship available from established physicians - Patient volume: 20–30 per day; approximately 600 annual deliveries; average 11–12 deliveries per week - Dedicated C-section ORs on OB floor with guaranteed block OR time - Access to da Vinci Xi robotic system; robotics training available for interested candidates - Level II NICU on site with Level III care available within 30 minutes - EMR: Cerner - Call rotation 1:3 (weekends and overall coverage); supported by 3 CNMs covering their own panels; post-call administrative day off; additional compensation for call - New graduates and early-career physicians welcome - Base salary with wRVU bonus structure; income guarantee 18–24 months - Commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment - PTO: 4 weeks; CME: $4,500 + 5 days; fellowship stipend opportunities - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; malpractice with 2-year tail coverage - Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN required; eligible for Indiana medical licensure required
