Description: Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join outpatient only primary care team • Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday • Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation. • 72 patient per week via clinical encounters • Dax AI • Epic EMR • $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus • Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness) • Year 1 – Base salary of $312,900 • Year 2 & beyond – Value based incentive plan up to 10% of eligible earnings, Includes but not limited to clinical quality, productivity, and patient experience • Signing Bonus: $60,000 • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance • Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance • 240 hours authorized time off • Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits J Visa OK, H Visa OK
