Description: Seeking a hospital-employed Gynecologist • Practice Staffing Model: New service line opening in Q1 2027 and we are looking to add one Gynecologist to the practice; currently have one tenured Gynecologist as part of the practice • Newly renovated practice • Schedule: Hybrid of outpatient (typical specialty practice is open Monday-Friday from 8a until 4:30p) and dedicated OR block time TBD • Call required: 7-days of ED call per month are required in base contract (includes 5-week days and 2 weekend days – weekend schedule is 5p Friday until 7a on Monday) • Types of Procedures/Cases: Bread and butter Gynecology diagnosing and managing a broad range of conditions—from infections and menstrual irregularities to hormone imbalances and gynecological cancer; perform essential exams (Pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams) and surgical procedures involving the uterus, pelvic organs, and cervix (da Vinci Robot is available in OR) • EMR: Meditech • Highly competitive salary range of $400 - $425k plus wRVU model • Sign-on bonus ($100k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) • Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays) • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability • Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500) • Malpractice paid for J VISA OK H VISA OK
