Description: The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine is seeking a fellowship trained BE/BC Geriatric Psychiatrist.
The successful candidate will join a growing academic division with a full-time tenure track appointment at the rank of professor or associate professor.
Clinical assistant or clinical associate professor fixed term appointments are also available.
Provide direct clinical care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities will also include teaching and clinical supervision of medical students, residents, and other health professional trainees and clinical research.
Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system
Inpatient clinical responsibilities will be for consults only on the current 52 bed inpatient behavioral health unit
Outpatient clinical responsibilities
Monday-Friday 8a – 5p schedule
Excellent blend of clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activities
Work with growing, multi-disciplinary, and collegial department
