Description: Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Residency Program Director Lead our Resident Categorical Internal Medicine residency program Practice a combination of administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities (50/50) Must have a minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program as a member of the faculty or leadership team Participate in faculty recruitment and retention Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures for the program Comprehensive Recruitment Package May Include: Competitive salary, Commencement bonus, Relocation assistance, CME allowance and CME days off, Medical education debt assistance, Excellent health benefits with 401K, Malpractice

Community/Facility info: 168-bed facility, is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Today,the Medical Center includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Women’s Center, comprehensive intensive care services and an "all-digital" imaging department. A 15,000-square-foot Medical Plaza and Outpatient Surgery Center are located next door. Physicians representing 35 medical specialties practice here. As an active member of the larger community, we sponsor free community health forums and educational programs throughout the year.
