Description: Southeast Georgia facility seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider --Join a stable 50-year-old private practice whose goal is to provide the best service possible to patients, their families and fellow providers. --Opportunities at two system facilities --Opening due to regional expansion --Two Hospitals - No trauma designation --Annual ED volume: 60,000 & 30,000 --ED beds: 50 & 17 --EMR system: Cerner (w/ PACS, Dragon dictation, and AI scribe) --Physician coverage model: 55% physician/ 45% APC --Scribe / support staff: AI scribe, HUC (unit secretary), CTech (splints/IV) --Specialty back-up: Hospitals (Gen surg, Most surgical specialists, Anesthesia, OBGYN) **some IR --Schedule structure: Mostly 9- & 10-hour shifts. Occasional 12-hour. --11 – 13 Shifts per month, No call --Weekend & some holiday coverage required --Competencies include laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal & full eye exam --Patient population primarily underserved, non-urban, young family’s vs retirement --Volume expectation is 1.5 -2 patients per hour --Collaborative physician oversight --Thorough onboarding and orientation support --Guaranteed $85.00 per hour --With bonus up to > $95 per hour --Plus, Nighttime shift differential --Full benefits package includes: Health, Dental, Vision --401k with match --CME allowance & days afforded --PTO paid leave based on accrued hours --Malpractice with tail coverage --Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in EM as practicing APC - Certifications required: ACLS, PALS - DEA / CSR Not required - Board certification APRN or PA for both adult & kids
