Description: Facility is seeking Gastroenterologist to join team - Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p (outpatient); 50% office/50% OR - Setting: Hospital employed; recently renovated practice - Practice Staffing Model: Planning for 2027 retirement of two part time Gastroenterologists (who both perform ERCP) and we are looking to replace them with two full time Gastroenterologists (who both perform ERCP) due to increased volume; will be joining one full time general Gastroenterologist and APPs - 7-days of ED call per month are required in base contract (includes 5 week days and 2 weekend days – weekend schedule is 5p on Friday until 7a on Monday) - Physicians see approximately 20 ppd in practice and approximately 15-scopes per day in OR (plus available for inpatient consults as needed) - Types of Procedures/Cases: Bread and butter GI (screenings, GI bleeds, recall on polyps, etc.); ERCP is required; no capabilities for EUS but open to discussion - EMR: Meditech - Highly competitive salary ($750 - $800k, possibly more with ERCP capabilities plus wRVU) - Sign-on bonus ($100k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable) - Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays) - Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability - Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500) - Malpractice paid for - H VISA OK J VISA OK
