Description: Facility is seeking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for Concierge Medicine role at our growing, patient-focused program - Dependable hours, excellent work-life balance: Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM and Friday 8 AM – 12 Noon. - Shared call. - Our concierge model emphasizes quality over volume within a highly collaborative, physician-led environment. - Practice with a board-certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician and two APPs. - Work with a select group of patients with access to fitness center, personal training, nutrition counseling, and massage therapy depending on their membership level. - Work alongside our Functional Medicine Physician to offer patients comprehensive health solutions, combining traditional and functional medicine approaches. - Advanced Practice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits. - Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Base salary with quality and membership incentives - Annual Time Off - Paid Parental Leave - Free fitness center membership - Health, life, and disability coverage options - 3 retirement savings plans – 401a, 403b with match, 457b - Relocation stipend - CME allowance plus reimbursement for NC license and DEA -Provider wellbeing resources - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) - Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, DOT certification, and AHA BLS certification - CAQ in Geriatric Medicine is also desirable.
