Description: Facility is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner to join team - Outpatient clinic, hospital, or community health setting. - Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. - Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing - Treatment and Management: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed - Preventative Care: Provide education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness. - Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care - Patient Education: Counsel patients and families on healthcare options, treatment plans, and follow-up care. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines - Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency - Community Engagement: Contribute to community health initiatives and patient outreach programs when necessary - Competitive salary and benefits package - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and continuing education opportunities - 12 paid holidays - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Licensure: TN State License and Certification as an FNP - Experience: Minimum 2 of years of experience as an FNP required. - Certifications: Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
