Description: 35 minutes from San Francisco --Brand New Clinic seeking OB/GYN physician to join our team --Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model for primary care. --We are committed to continuously improving quality and providing a patient-centered approach. --All new physicians enjoy the support of a partner for practice integration and support. --Full-scope OBGYN NP in clinic --3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day --Shared call model (1:6) --1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME) --Minimum of 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually --SHARED CALL: 1:6 with group’s physicians, community physicians and OB Hospitalist --OB Hospitalist will be phased out over time as practice establishes --Always a hospitalist + OBGYN --Spanish Proficiency a Plus --Have the flexibility to tailor your practice to your strengths and interests. --Up to $400,000 starting salary + productivity incentives --Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 --Relocation assistance up to $20,000 --Optional ED shifts for supplementary income --Student Loan Assistance --Malpractice + Tail Coverage --Comprehensive benefits for provider/family --Student loan repayment assistance --Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer --Annual CME Allowance --401(k) with employer match
