Description: Medical center is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a busy practice - Employed position with a hospital-based clinic; inpatient and outpatient mix - Accomplished cardiovascular surgery team with a dedicated step-down unit - Well-equipped OR with 11 suites, 4 endo rooms, 1 cysto room, and 2 heart rooms - OR time available via block utilization or first-come, first-serve on open times - Fully competent heart team in the OR; anesthesia coverage provided - Research opportunities available - Experienced candidates preferred - Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines; wRVU incentive bonus and commencement/signing bonus - Medical education debt assistance and relocation expenses - CME, licensure, dues, and subscriptions; vacation, health, dental, and vision benefits
