Description: Clinic is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our team - Our family medicine team makes up about 50% of our large physician-owned multi-specialty medical clinic - Outpatient Practice - Full-time position - First year guarantee with partnership opportunity after one year. - 4.5-day work week; option to go to a 4-day work week once partner - No OB work involved - Minimal call responsibility; 2-3 days of after-hours phone calls monthly - Inhouse support staff - 8 FM physicians and 1 FNP - Our onsite laboratory is a CLIA-licensed high complexity laboratory. Our lab team also performs EKGs and places Holter monitors. - Our onsite imaging includes: general x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry and more. Radiologists are onsite reading until 5pm daily, with remote wet reads available after hours. - Our FM providers have a good amount of control of their schedules, from start and end times to limiting the quantity of certain types of appointments daily and when or whether they want to do telehealth visits. - Each provider has a primary assistant and is supported by float nursing staff and administrative assistants. - Each provider has their own office and three exam rooms, with access to two shared procedure rooms. - EPIC for our EMR, Nuance/Dragon for dictation and DAX CoPilot AI for note building - New grads welcome - Excellent benefit package for physician and family
