Description: Medical center is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead the Cardiothoracic Surgery service - Hospital-employed position with opportunity to lead quality and protocol initiatives - Full spectrum CT Surgery practice — cardiac, thoracic, and vascular (if desired) - 150+ cardiac surgery potential - 2 da Vinci Xi robots and hybrid room on site - PA support available - Future TAVR program in growth plans - Base salary with wRVU production incentive; commencement bonus and relocation assistance - Medical education debt assistance - CME allowance with days off, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with match, and medical liability coverage - Board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery required; experienced candidates preferred

Community/Facility info: 168-bed facility, is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Today,the Medical Center includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Women’s Center, comprehensive intensive care services and an "all-digital" imaging department. A 15,000-square-foot Medical Plaza and Outpatient Surgery Center are located next door. Physicians representing 35 medical specialties practice here.
