Description: Hospital is seeking a locum Electrophysiologist for ongoing coverage - Standard Day Shifts: 7:00am-5:00pm w 1 hour lunch - No Call Dates: - July 6-10 - July 20-24 - July 27-31 - August 10-14 - August 17-21 - August 31- September 4 - September 8-11 - September 14-18 - September 21-25 - September 28-October 2 - October 5-9 - October 13-16 - October 19-23 - October 26-30 - November 2-6 - November 9-13 - November 16-20 - November 23-25 - November 30-December 4 - December 7-11 - December 14-18 - December 21-24 - December 28-31 - 20-22 patients/day in clinic - Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length - Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations - Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own - Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs - Ages: adults - EMR: Cerner Required: BC/BE Electrophysiology - AZ lic or IMLC and DEA, ACLS - 1 year experience - Must do ablations - Case logs required
