Description: Southern Pennsylvania facility seeking a Locum Hematology Oncology Physician --Ongoing, full-time coverage needed --Minimum 6 month committment --5 clinic days per week, day schedule --8-hour clinic shifts --Established patient panel already in place --Clinic starts at 8:00 AM - First patient scheduled at 8:15/8:30 AM - Last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM --30-minute lunch included --Call Requirements - Weekend coverage: 2 weekends/month - Night call: 10 days/month - Call rotation: 1:2 - Call type: Inpatient + phone call coverage --Weeknight Call: - 4:15 PM – 8:00 AM - Typically 2–3 patient calls between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM - Rarely receive calls after 9:00 PM - Covers ER and hospital team --Weekend Call: - 24-hour call coverage - Includes 2 hours gratis rounding on Saturday/Sunday --Admissions: - Consulting service only - Hospitalists manage admissions --Phone calls do not count as callback --Patient population: Adult --Average 15 patients/day --60% Hematology / 40% Oncology --Provider expected to see: Solid tumor oncology, Benign hematology, Malignant hematology, Infusion & Treatment --14-chair infusion center onsite --2-bed infusion room --Oncology-certified nursing staff --Radiation Oncology located onsite --EMR Epic --1.3 Hem/Onc physicians onsite --3 APPs --Onsite pharmacist support --Participation in disease-specific and general tumor boards --Required: BC/BE Hematology Oncology, PA license or IMLC, DEA, Minimum 1 year experience
