Description: Central Pennsylvania Hospital is seeking Locum BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to provide coverage starting ASAP - Current dates needed: Sept 4–7 Sept 11–13 Oct 2–4 Oct 9–11 Oct 23–25 - Contract Length: ongoing - Shift Details: Friday 7am or 3pm – Monday 7am - Schedule: 24 hour call - Support Staff: APP available for 1st assist - Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every weekend - Average callback per day: 2 hours - Patient Population/Age: 18+ - Covering two hospitals 25 minutes apart - EMR: EPIC - Special Procedures: bypass amputations - Required: PA license, DEA, minimum 1 yr experience, NPDB self query within 90 days
