Description: Medical Center is seeking Wound Care physician to join a team composed of board-certified general and vascular surgeons, APP's, and a strong support staff - Interested candidates should be Board Certified in Surgery, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Monday–Friday daytime schedule - No weekends - No call responsibilities - All hospital-based outpatient practice - Evaluate and treat new patients and follow-up patients for Wound Care services. - Order testing and lab that is needed to evaluate the patient's wound and underlying conditions - Interpret all test results ordered - Communicate with the patients' PCPs and specialists as needed - Communicate with patients and family members with regard to the patients throughout their treatment plans - Provide referrals to other healthcare providers as needed - Perform advanced modalities and procedures as patient care requires. (debridement, grafts, etc.) - Document services in a timely and accurate manner - Provide quality care while complying with policies and procedures within your scope of practice - Candidate would work in partnership with other hospital service lines, including: Critical care, Primary care, Vascular surgery, General surgery, Hospitalist group, Emergency department, Burn Treatment Center, Infectious disease, Orthopedics, Cardiology - Health Insurance with HRA/FSA/DCA - Dental and vision insurance - Life insurance, long term and short term disability - Generous PTO - Generous Sick time - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Occurrence-based malpractice insurance - Generous CME reimbursement allowances - Active NY License preferred - H VISA OK

Services specific are 132 inpatient psychiatry beds, including a 16-bed inpatient adolescent unit and an 18-bed inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit; 53 chemical-dependency beds, including 35 rehab (recently increased from 20) and 18 detox; a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP); three chemical-dependency outpatient centers (including one for vocational rehab); six extended-observation beds (EOBs), with one dedicated for adolescents; and an on-site outpatient psychiatry clinic.
