Description: Medical center is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a team of 2 gastroenterologists in a well-established, busy GI practice - Hospital-employed with robust administrative and clinical support - Inpatient and outpatient mix; clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm - Average 22–26 patients per day; schedule built at 15/30-minute intervals - 1:3 call schedule covering a minimum of 10 call days per month - Flexible scheduling with option to discuss a 4-day workweek - General GI procedures; ERCP/EUS experience preferred as group is open to expanding advanced GI services - NP support available in clinic - Established referral network from primary care and multiple specialties - Teaching and mentoring opportunities for medical students - Opportunity to participate in clinical research and trials - Excellent base salary with productivity bonus; commencement bonus and relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance - Annual CME allowance with CME time off, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and paid malpractice coverage - J VISA OK

In addition to the acute care departments, the hospital's specialty care for the region includes an inpatient psychiatric unit, skilled nursing unit, Cancer Treatment Center, a rural health care clinic, and a family practice residency program housed in a new building.
