Description: Medical Group is seeking a BC Urgent Care Physician to join a high-priority, growing urgent care program across multiple clinic locations - Three 12-hour shifts per week; every 3rd weekend rotation required - Clinic hours: Monday–Saturday 8am–8pm; Sunday 9am–6pm; holidays 9am–3pm (closed Christmas) - Manageable pace averaging 3–5 patients per hour; low-acuity cases (ESI levels 4–5) across all age groups from newborns to geriatrics - Scope includes acute medical illnesses and minor surgical procedures (lacerations, splinting fractures) - Collaborative team of NPs, PAs, and NCAs working autonomously alongside physicians - Walk-in x-ray, modern labs, and fully integrated Epic EMR at every location - Potential pathway to Medical Director role within the next couple of years - Urgent care or emergency room experience highly preferred - Competitive base salary with professional liability coverage - Hourly incentive pool plus patient satisfaction bonuses - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; employer-paid dental and disability - Group term life insurance and AD&D; 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans - PTO scaling with tenure; up to $3,000 CME and $1,000 professional dues annually; licensing fees covered 100% - BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine required - MI license, BLS and ACLS required
