Patients per day: average of 16-20 patients/day Patient population/age: Children-Adult, Department description: Outpatient family practice EMR: Epic Special procedures: diagnosing and treating illness, providing preventive care, routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyles Skills required: 2 years experience in ambulatory, outpatient primary care setting Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice Requirements: active CA license, DEA, BLS, PALS, minimum 2 years of experience
