Description: Hospital is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner to join practice - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests within scope of practice. - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions under established clinical protocols and collaborative practice agreements. - Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans based on patient needs, medical history, and diagnostic findings. - Provide preventive care services, including routine health assessments, immunizations, screenings, and health counseling. - Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other common primary care conditions with ongoing monitoring and follow-up. - Address acute medical issues, including infections, minor injuries, and urgent care needs. - Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and overall health maintenance. - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance improvement activities, and clinical audits. - Competitive salary and benefits package - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and continuing education opportunities - 12 paid holidays - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Required: TN license, Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C), minimum 2 years experience but highly qualified new graduates will be considered
