Description: Facility is seeking Urgent Care physician to join our team in a well-established practice within the community - 3 – 12-hour shifts - No call - EMR: EPIC - CME Allowance - Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) - Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Short-Term and Long-Term disability - Professional Liability with tail coverage - Relocation Allowance - Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans - Required: MI license, board-eligible or board-certified and completed a residency in family medicine
