Description: Facility seeking a CNM to join Women's Health Clinic in general acute care hospital. - ~215 births a year - 36 patient contact/4 admin hours/week (may do 4 10's) - 4-5 clinic days per week - 15-20 average patients per day - Call - for your own patients with MD back up - Well-established nursing team with strong staff retention - Seasoned staff OB to support new grad/early-in-career - Pediatric service 24h on call - Level II special care nursery and 24-7 anesthesiology - Base salary - MGMA 75th-90th % + wRVU production incentive - $10K sign-on bonus, $3K CME allowance, $10K relocation allowance - Medical loan repayment assistance - 20 days PTO - Medical/dental/life/vision/pharmacy/wellness benefits - 401(k) retirement plan Required: CNM Certification (AMCB) - Grad from accredited Nurse Midwifery program - ID lic and DEA or ability to obtain - CNM experience preferred; new graduates welcome
