Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient only; highly flexible and customizable schedule - Weekday after-hours call limited to own patient panel via phone triage only (Monday–Thursday) Weekend call exceptionally light — averaging only 2 weekends per year - 22–28 patients per full clinic day (adult and pediatric mix) - Full hospitalist service available for all admissions - Routine nursery rounding (screens and circumcisions) preferred for call group alignment - Optional opportunity to mentor and teach residents through an affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program - Salary plus incentive based on MGMA guidelines - Commencement bonus and relocation assistance - Medical education debt repayment and residency stipend - CME allowance - Quality incentive bonus and mid-level supervision compensation - Health, life, and retirement benefits
