Description: Seeking a BC/BE Colorectal Surgeon to --Join our growing Division of Colorectal Surgery within the Department of Surgery. --This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a robust, multidisciplinary team in a leading regional healthcare system. --The selected candidate will join an established practice currently composed of two highly experienced colorectal surgeons, with clinical activity at four different locations --This full-time position includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with a focus on advanced laparoscopic and robotic colorectal procedures. --The practice is well-integrated with other surgical and medical subspecialties and is supported by a highly skilled team of nurse practitioners, residents, and allied health professionals. --Medical liability insurance with tail coverage --Annual paid time off --403(b) Retirement Plan and optional 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan --CME allowance – 5 days and up to $5,000 annually --Life and disability insurance --Reimbursement for credentialing and medical staff dues --Discounted membership to fitness center --Free on-site parking --Salary range: $312k - $385k based on experience, plus production incentive.
