Description: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist Physician to join our growing inpatient team --Our Hospitalist team provides comprehensive inpatient care in a collegial environment that values teamwork, communication, and physician leadership. --Physicians work closely with experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), nursing staff, specialists, and hospital administration to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. --Full-Time W-2 Employment --168 shifts annually --12-hour shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM --Collaborative physician and APRN hospitalist team --Average physician census of 15–18 patients --Coverage includes: --Medical/Surgical Inpatient Units --Swing Bed Program --8-Bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) --Base Salary of $307,000 --Sign On Bonus of $25,000 --Comprehensive Health Insurance --Fully Funded Pension Plan – 403(b), 457(b) --CME Allowance and Paid CME Time --Educational Loan Repayment Assistance --Professional Liability Insurance with Tail --Paid Time Off --Quality Incentive Opportunities --Professional Membership Support --Additional Benefits and Perks --Required: BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, KY license or able to obtain
