Description: Coastal North Carolina facility seeking a Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, 35-year-old democratic group, with a diverse multi-site footprint in coastal North Carolina. --Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available. --Four Sites: --$240 per hour daytime / $270 per hour nights --RVU bonus: $15–$20/hour (Increasing to $30–$50/hour) --Annual ED Volume Ranging From 21,000 to 90,000+ --8 Hour & 12 Hour Shifts --Daily Physician Coverage (72 Hours, 25 Hours, 30 Hours, 10 Hours) --APP Coverage Varies (50 Hours, 16 Hours, 30 Hours, 10 Hours) --Average 2.2, 1.9, 1.8, 1.5 patients per hour – site specific --EMR system: Epic (w/ Dragon Copilot AI documentation) --Comprehensive healthcare benefits. --401(k) retirement savings plan. --Medical Malpractice Insurance --Continuing Medical Education (CME) opportunities.
