Description: Seeking a full-time (Remote) Outpatient Staff Psychiatrist --40 hours/week --Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2026, or Winter 2027 --Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F. --In-office day is based on availability if hybrid work is preferred --Include at least four(4)+ hours within your schedule, which should be after 5 pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend. --On-call is not required, but checking and responding to emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO. --Patient Care (70%) - Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management - Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients (50/week) - Deliver care via a telehealth platform --Clinical Collaboration & Development (30%) - Offer guidance to peers and supervisors - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings --Provide excellent quality clinical care on a frequent, recurring basis that exemplifies our company culture, values, and guiding principles --Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.). --Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule --Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management. --Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans. --Curate comprehensive patient-centered treatment plans and provide resources as needed. --Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) with proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices. --Appropriately prescribe medication prescriptions & refills, considering the best judgment of the patient's well-being. --Provides clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a tele-health environment. --Provide clinical guidance and valued input to patients and peers. --Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation.
