Description: Hospital is seeking a BC General Surgeon to serve as Program Director for a General Surgery Residency program - Authority and accountability for overall operation of the General Surgery residency program - Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures; maintain ACGME accreditation, compliance, and state approval - Recruit residents; develop and participate in competency and performance evaluations - Coordinate rotations across multiple department, ensure curriculum supports diverse career pathways - Work clinically while devoting significant professional effort to program administration - Strong committed faculty team with deep experience and knowledge - Minimum 3 years of educational or administrative experience required - Highly competitive compensation - Occurrence-based malpractice coverage - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, and 401(k) - PTO and CME time with allowance - GA license or ability to obtain and DEA requried
