Description: Central Pennsylvania Facility is seeking a Locum BC fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon - 7–10 shifts per month through March 2027 - Initial coverage dates: October 5–7 (7am–7pm) and October 9–11 (7pm–7am); then ongoing - 12-hour shifts; 7 shifts per week ongoing - Adult patients - 2 surgeons on during weekday days (one trauma, one emergency general surgery); 1 surgeon on weekends - Level II Trauma Center - Backup trauma surgeon available days and nights with 15-minute response time - Full-spectrum trauma surgery including abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical cases - Surgical critical care fellowship required - 1–2 years post-fellowship experience required - EMR: Cerner - Active Pennsylvania license required - DEA and ACLS required - ATLS required
