Description: Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced team - Flexible shift-based schedule; typically three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) - 10% shift differential for shifts beyond regularly scheduled 36 hours - Facility hours: Monday–Friday 8am–8pm; Saturday–Sunday 9am–4pm - Onsite lab, X-ray, and point-of-care testing; robust support staff - Minimum 1 year of urgent, emergent, or primary care experience required - Base salary plus wRVU production - $10,000 commencement bonus - $10,000 quality incentive - CEU allowance - Medical debt assistance and student loan consultative services - Paid malpractice coverage - Marketing and practice growth assistance
