Description: Seeking BC/BE Acute Care Surgeon --Base Salary: $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts --$30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation --This is an employed opportunity,multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians --Join our 5 Acute Care Surgeons and a highly trained, committed support staff --Dedicated OR Access --Incredibly diverse pathology --Minimal Trauma (Polytrauma is covered by Level 1 Trauma Center in downtown Memphis --When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being. --The schedule includes: - 7 (24-hour call shifts per month); reimbursement for extra call taken - Rounding and outpatient clinic --Minimum of 9 consecutive days off per physician every month --Great sub-specialty support --General surgery residency which offers opportunities to teach --Great collaborative and collegial physicians and administrative team --Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Community/Facility info: Opened in 1979 and is a 706-bed tertiary care hospital located adjacent to the I-240 loop. Also located on the hospital campus is a separately licensed 30-bed skilled nursing facility and the 30-bed Restorative Care Hospital.
