Description: Outpatient practice seeking an Endocrinologist - Schedule: flexible (option for 4-day work week ), clinic is open Monday - Friday - No call - Team: endocrinology physician partner, a diabetic education coordinator, dieticians and internal medicine residents - In-office proceedures include: Insulin pumps and CGMS with future opportunity to do thyroid biopsies and ultrasounds in office if desired - EPIC EMR - Guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses, 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME), Generous sign-on / relocation bonus, Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Paid malpractice + tail - J1 waiver
